Sonic Selectors

The purpose of this project was to get us used to using selectors in our CSS. I ended up having a lot of fun with it and playing around with CSS animations and using GIFs for background images. Keyframes are awesome! [DEMO]

Adventure Cards

I started tinkering around with the idea of a card-based choose your own adventure game. It was pretty interesting to work with the logic of dynamically generating and adding a "card" with the next part of the story, as well as the next few options. I also got to use this cool smooth scrolling effect to make it look nice! [DEMO]

Image Slider

The Image Slider was my short experiment with jQuery. I wanted to create something to highlight my projects on my portfolio, so I used the simple concept of an image with some slideover text. The magic of jQuery made it a very quick and easy task, and after some further modifications, I was able to make it a standalone plug-in! [DEMO]

Astrology

For my "Teach the Class Something," I decided to show the class an old project that I worked on. I made a website for a project that my friend was doing. It was really interesting to work on and I got to play around with the visual design and I was really proud of it by the end. [DEMO]
